Breakfast of Retired Champions! I can go the whole day without eating or over snacking when I start my day with this mega DIY doTERRA Vanilla Protein Smoothie! It's super easy! 1 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 cup of orange juice, 1 scoop of powder protein and then add a few drops of Lemon & Copiaba EO. Spin and serve & wahlah!!!
