Open-Face Philly Cheesesteak Medallions!

Open-Face Philly Cheesesteak Medallions! Over the top delicious!! So I made the Mongolian Beef Recipe in my InstantPot first. And then plopped it on top of toasted French Bread Medallions and tossed on some sautéed peppers/onions & then grilled them with loads of Pepper Jack Cheese!!! Out of the ball park!!
