DIY Avocado Toast Entrée! ... my new breakfast addiction! First, I toasted a fresh Brioche Bun that was layered with fresh mozzarella, then I topped it with guacamole & sliced avocado, added some shaved red onion and a dash of black olives, then drizzled the top with Miso Tahini Dressing.
